If you have access to the game on an old device, then here is an instruction by which you can transfer progress from one device to another:
  1. On the old device, in the settings in the game itself, you need to go through authorization through one of the two accounts by clicking on its icon,
  2. Log in to the game on a new device and log into the same account in the settings,
  3. Progress has been moved.

If you do not have access to the game on your old device, then please contact us in the chat, writing as much information about your profile as possible:
  • approximate level;
  • approximate number of coins;
  • approximate number of hints;
  • and other information that you remember;
