Advertising videos in the game are placed by a third-party resource. We do not select them, but we can block the display of certain advertisements.

If you encounter an advertisement that freezes, please click on the “i” during or after the advertisement (in one of the corners of the screen, example in the screenshot below). Together with the "i" there can be another icon, for example, "!" or a rocket.

Take a screenshot of the tab that you have open and send it here by clicking on the “paperclip” in the chat.

This way we can determine the advertising network in which this commercial is located and take action.
